I did that once. Just contact support/paypal and you'll get your money back.

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

First off, it didn't make you do anything, you chose to try it again
If you want a refund then I suggest contacting TGC and explaining what's happened.

I'm sure they'll refund it so long as you don't download or access the link.

To be honest I'm really amazed paypal allowed it to happen ??
Just the other day I did the exact same on rolfys skybox pack and paypal refused to let the 2nd transaction go through and popped up a "you have already purchased this" type warning and kicked me off :S

No one on these forums can help you, so its pointless asking when there is order and billing support and a button for it right under the post message button. You've been here long enough to know this right?

Well maybe he just didn't know that, and wanted to know what others did to resolve this.

Refunds through Paypal might take 2-3 days to go through
and get your money back. Take it up with Paypal if you don't
receive the money back in those 2-3 business days. They might
go ahead and rush it along or something.

It's patience required though! You think it would be an instant
refund, but that is not the case! It has to process!
