Id say every gun supports AirMod. You just need to write the right gunspecs.

v1.17 Airmod gunspec update package for MP9/10

You are only able to get proper MP9/10 iron-sights in FPSC v117 and beyond (without 3D editing headaches, that is).

With this new update, does it mean that all guns can now be used with airmod with the appropriate updates t their gunspecks?

I suppose that this is where I'm supposed to put some witty one liner. Well...sorry to disappoint.
