Simple answer Yes.

Xplosys did a good script and ladder exactly like that which makes the player climb up it on approach.

Doubt it, as MP has limited support for dynamic entities and scripts.

If you want to do it in MP with out the need of dynamic entities and scripting, you can use the way I did it in sewer pack and use a steep invisible ramp.

Or! You can make a normal ladder and add an invicible wall, wich is leaning a little bit to the ladder, so that... don't know how to say it in english, but it's like a little bit of diagonal like, but not completely, just a bit. You know? 'Cause I don't...
