With PayPal send out an invoice and then you can let people buy with Debit and Credit cards as well as the normal PayPal checkout.

From the PayPal account home (page after you login) do the following steps.

1) Click on the "Request Money" tab at the top
2) Next choose the "Create an Invoice" option from the sub-tabs under the ones before.
3) Choose a template or create a new invoice.
4) Enter your details and the recipients details, this is the first section of input boxes.
5) In the next section define the subject of the invoice they will receive and the currency to be paid in. for invoice type you will need Services. Goods are tangible only.
6) Then enter the details of what is being brought and quantity.
7) Press continue and then if it asks you to confirm details do that this should then send your invoice and the user will get in in their inbox and can pay with any method they desire.
