I know it's most likely really obvious and i should know by now.

How do i change the loading screen in between levels?(Music, Background,etc?)

He didn't say it would be ready tomorrow, or that he's going to make it perfectly in his first try. He still has stuff to learn obviously. Everyone needs a base, his just happens to be a really high base.

Yup, I never knew how to change it alright? I always assumed it was in the Global Script.
