I agree, I think the forum and its users are the majority value of the game dev system. Because all of us are indie developers, and require help to complete our games, especially when one person where's many hats. That is why I chose this system, I look forward to the insight this group can provide, examples code samples tutorials direction etc.. I also look forward to becoming part of this community and helping out when I can as well.
This forum is what we make of it, and can end up making DBPro the best dev system out there, by user contributions as far as code submissions, addons etc.. Of course I will have to learn how these addons / dll files are made and used, I have alot to learn, and hope the manual which will come in the mail with pro, will get me well on my way to coding with Pro, smoothly, this is another reason for me picking DBPro is the fact of having a manual in your hand instead of online, there is nothing like having an actual paper manual to lookup things, make notes, hi-lite portions etc..
Thanks again,
Ken
