I am trying to organise a massive model pack dedicated to Bond 1, Cosmic prophet and Errant AI because i feel they give hundreds of great models to the TGC community and it is time to present them with a little thank for the forums. once the pack is complete i will bundle it all together and e-mail Bond1, CP, EAI. with the pack.

Who is with me. who wants to say thanks for the great models they produce!!

I can make some liquids texture (is really the only thing good i do lol) like slime, for example, they work good with some animated shaders, if you need it for the pack, tell me

I think the models and other media they do are awesome

-Why didn't God take gaga, justin bieber or kesha instead of Randy Rhoads, Cliff Burton or Dio?

To be honest with their very nature, I believe CP, bond1 and EAI would prefer a model was made for all here to enjoy. Maybe splash their names all over it in varying ways ??

Also please not another scifi one, as I think CP is already king of scifi and has given us all we could ever need in that respect

I agree with Nbt 100%

Though I would like to do some stuff for this, as I didnt have time to get in on the community scifi pack.

Ya, syko games what should the theme be??

It should be something that fpsc doesn't have much of IMO.
Let me know

Anayar

Why can't we have an everything goes theme??
After all no member is the same, as can be said for our games. So we all need everything ^_^

I think the biggest want of many is clutter, both internal and external. Stuff we can use to make our maps look more varied and lived in.

trashcans, dog poop, varying light entities, windows, doors, fences, walls, signs, cables, pipes, grunge and damage overlays we can place on walls to break up the monotonous repetition of tiled textures and all kinds of props just to add to what we already have. No Segments at all!!

Not a tightly themed pack that has a single use in a single theme.

Thats my 2 cents

How about late 19th or early 20th century?

Old windows and doors, brick and stone.
Classic revolvers and early autos.
pump-shotguns,etc..

1880-1920 stuff.

It's not an era that I do well with, just an idea.

I'm up for this. I've attached a screen shot of some stuff, and will attach a collective download later. My MakeEntitiesFromXFiles.exe is not working, so they will not be FPSC ready. They come provided with Bump maps, specular maps and normal maps.

Personally JRH, I never use that program... Prefer to make my models fpsc ready by hand. If you want to send the models over I'll make them fpsc ready for you and send it back

Should have been a shotgun for zombies VENT

If you use the normal mapping tool in your editing app again, try removing all grime from the glass and also converting to greyscale inverting the colours before using the normal map tool. I always find they seem to be back to front in their normal mapping outcome with ridges ending up as dents etc.
