Whenever i try to have one staircase leading up to another level, the staircase goes up to the second level, but whenever i delete the floor so the player can walk up the stairs, it automatically puts walls around the floor i just deleted. Any suggestions?
By the way, i am using prefabs for the rooms

Select "Paint only Segment Walls" or use the short key for that; M is the short key. Have the arrow pointed to the broad side of the wall, and right click to delete the walls.
