I'm sure there have been hundreds of Nazi Zombie ideas on FPS. I'm going to make one (actual W.I.P. thread will be up shortly). I was wondering if anyone had anything they'd like to see in a game of this type, or have any scripts they'd be willing to share?

I'd like to see a bit of originality.stop copying games 1:1 .If you add some twist to it , like Russian zombies killing the Nazi zombies and then coming after you...(that was a joke, but it would be interesting to see LOL) it would make me play the game for more than 3 minutes.

Also I want for once to see a makarov in a game,too much m9 and 1911s...I used to own one,it would bring back memories

Also I'll write some scripts tonight.

When I read hellhound I immediately thought about a retexture of fpsfree.com's Doberman(dog).Also a zombie with a Luger(or other gun) here and there would be nice.

The respawning script would take some thought to be achieved without a mod though.

For the hellhound,there's a half-human half dog creature and Gancheff,if you want to see a Makarov in-game be sure to check out The Forgotten .

Try to add in artillery. I think it is possible with some scripting.

There is an artillery script in the official fpsc guide if I recall right.

To get boards breaking and being fixed ( well not exactly), just create a board entity, have it's alternate texture be transparent, and then write a script so that when the zombies are close it switches to alt. Tex., and when the player is close and hits a key, it shows the original texture

Hey all,

thanks for the interest in my ideas (been looking at Kravenwolf's ideas, damn he's good )

here's some "preview info" on the map and gameplay:

The map is based on an abandoned government facility, with sinister intentions.

there are 5 main rooms (generator, experiments, storage, office, operation).

i can now offically confirm Hellhounds as a significant part of the game. They will begin to spawn about 5-10 minutes into the game.

I'm toying with the artillery idea, so that's still TBC.

I can almost confirm a makarov weapon (so WIP).

there will be traps (electric barrier being amongst them).

there are 2 hidden passageways.

I almost have a barrier system working, just working on the scripting.

there WILL be a story to it, though the game will be endless.

there are a few "easter eggs" to find.


That's all I have for now, will update when more comes through.


Oh, one last thing: who said Nazi Zombies had to end at humans and dogs...

Birds maybe? Hmm, how bout special weapons that spawn only at certain times and at certain areas? Like a RPG-7 or minigun?

This looks nice, ther is a nazizombies fangame on the wip board and that is the only fpsc game that i have played more than onece or twise.

I like the idea!
