I need an option for FPSC to execute the FPSCreatorCleaner.exe (or at least Files\segments\segment cleaner.bat) automated each time when I close the FPSCreator.exe.
It is possible?

Is placing a shortcut to FPSCreatorCleaner.exe on your desktop and clicking it when you exit FPSC really that hard ??

Try Welkin Script. Just replace your FPSC shortcuts with this script file.

Who the hell is General Failure? And why is he trying to read my hard disk?

My software never has bugs. It just develops random features.

Why not just use a batch file?

Wouldn't it be kinda annoying to always wait after closing? For example if you make a large level, save it and then quit, you'll have to wait for around... 20 seconds while normally you could quit in 1 sec. And next time you edit your level and close it; another wait.

I would find this kinda annoying.. Just my opinion

With me disaster finds a playfield

Has anyone actually thought about the fact the cleaner hardly ever (if ever) cleans everything on it's 1st run and you have to run it again?? (and sometimes more than twice). So I still fail to see the use of this to be honest.
