Ehm..if the creator bought the model pack and is not re-selling anything,I don't see why is this illegal.

He just imported the models in flash.

Am I wrong?

Wasn't the license supplied only for FPSC games? I don't think I'm correct however.

of topic:the game is fun though.

there was another game called 13 more days in hell. The guns had the same noises as model pack 9/10 guns, but the weapons were different.

I'd have to say........ The Game Creators can make dreams come true.

I thought EAI's weapons were only for FPSC. I think thats what he said in his license. Or TGC's model pack license.

Then in that case it is illegal.

Although that game is very nice for a flash game.

It's good to see other developers are taking advantage of EAIs cheap, high quality work.

That game is awesome but I totally failed at it

Negative... Licensing allows for use in any sort of game, engine rendering, etc. I don't think I've ever released anything as FPSC-only. It's just that if your project is not FPSC; you're on your own because support isn't available.

I only get annoyed when people rip, fileshare, torrent or turbosquid my stuff and the assets are more protected in that flash game than in most FPSC games.

UDK, Source, Unity, FPS Creator, whatever. Once you buy them, they're yours for any engine.

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

Inccorect, it was also for Dark Basic, Dark Basic Pro, FPS Creator X10 (Obviously lol), Dark GDK and a few other products not made by TGC but you can use them for anything, you buy them and you get the license to use them anyway you want to (Not reselling them of course)

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

Real problems reverse engineering them from X files though.
