No, FPSC doesn't have skeletal controls like UDK and such - sorry...

but can we mod the engine..and add the command for it...

i will definitely give it a try once my game is done (we need more command)

That would be so difficult I can't even begin to explain. I don't know if people would even download that mod if it only adds skeletal hit detection.
