FPSC Classic Product Chat / EFX Mod - Runtime Error

So I just downloaded the EFX Mod from this link:

When I try to run the .exe it says this error

(Runtime Error 8003 - Could not find path at line 18155)

I want to install the Mod cause I heard it enhances the graphics alot, and in the read-me it says you can use it for commercial use.

This is a mod from the German boards, so your better of asking in there, as to the best of my knowledge there has not been a new version released outside the German boards yet.
