I want to make a multiplayer fps game like Left 4 Dead FPSC. Can something like that be constructed using the features that come default in the program or would I need additional scripts? I'm not exactly sure what I am going to need to put a game like that together so I hope that someone here can give me some pointers on how to get started. Thanks for viewing =D

You can, but yes, yuo'll need custom scripts

There are a Left4Dead style car alarm here in the forums, that will help you

That will happily shoot at the walls for you...

Dark AI might make them work a bit better for you, but if you found the Left 4 Dead bots annoying, you may not like it...

So AI scripts don't work in multiplayer games... ok... does this mean that the only multi player games that can be made are PvP or is there anything else that can be done?

Yeah you can but it would require alot of scripting and modding but another thing is the ammount of zombies. In the L4D games you can acturly render up to 2000 zombies on screen before it starts lagging when in FPSC it's probally about 5 - 8.

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

I made Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. Now me and my friends at Valve are planning something other cool! All in FPSC!
