Hey everyone,

I was wondering if there is a 2D drawing plugin on the forums. Im looking for a way to increase the line thickness of the stock line X1, Y1, X2, Y2 command without having to add any other parameters other then thickness (or change thickness in another program).

Thanks

Arenas

Don't think there is such a beast. In saying that of course now there will be one, and someone will correct me within minutes, lol. Iam M's utils had a fair few useful functions in when I last used it. It may have something in there possibly. Other than that apart from faking it with multiple line draws I couldn't say. It is a pity that there is no set dot size command or such that affects both dot, line and box commands. That would make this a whole lot easier to do.

Yeah... I reckon it would be nice to have multiple lines next to each other but that doesnt work as you still get pixel gaps :/

I can imagine you would. Only other way I can think of and it sure isn't a simple thing. Is to create a sprite dot effect and paste it instead of using line. Actually making a line from this rather than just basic freehand would be difficult, at least for me. But I am sure there are peeps out there who could think of an easy way.
Maths is my weakest link with DB got better grades for English than Maths(obvious really, I speak English every day, but avoid counting whenever possible) Theres probably a quite simple way to do it from working out your old x,y with your new x,y and drawing the sprites in the appropriate line to fake a thick line. You could also introduce different shape cursors then also.

Not if you use paste sprite rather than just plain sprite...
