I am not sure if this is the right stop for this. anyways i have made a map editor in Visual Basic. It exports to a format used by Tutorial 6 for dbp.

thanks. TeraByte but most of the work was done by Ackbar. It was an open source map editor i found that looked pretty good. so i got and change a bunch of things to suite me.

sometimes it doesn't work i pretty sure its server problems. i was just went to it and it seams to work now.
