Hi guys,

I tried to view the help today and I kept being presented with a blank page. I decided to investigate, I looked into the help directory and noticed that main.htm is now 0 bytes.

I haven't touched it at all, and it was working not 30mins to an hour ago.

Has anyone had this problem before? can anyone send me their main.htm file so I don't have to reinstall everything again

I am using the SynergyEditor Build: Jun 23 2010.


I will try and recreate the steps, I think I may have tried to save on the help file, but I can't be 100% sure.

I'm sure someone reported a similar problem recently - on the Bug Reports board perhaps. I've never encountered it though myself. Your explanation could be right - but it's a bit odd if two people did the same thing.
