hi guys

i hve a little problem in my free version of dbp
when i try the free order key and i enter my email
then an error shows up
it says"


HttpSendRequest failed.
Error Code:12037
Unable to get response from server. A firewall may be blocking this application.

what i suppost to do in thi situasion
