^^ That keeps coming up while im trying to compile my project, i've re-installed it twice and it keeps saying that? any suggestions

Install directx? You need the latest version of DirectX 9 even though vista comes with DX10, and 7 comes with DX11.

Yes. Look at the missing file...

It Direct 3D 9 dll number 35. If your missing that, it's because directX 9 isn't installed.

Not necessarily - you might have an earlier version installed.
