Hi there,

I don't know where its the correct place to post this message but my question is simple:

Where is TGC? I bought FPSC friday and no one gives me access to my copy.... whats up?

If you bought it on Friday then you'll probably have to wait till Monday as they don't work weekends.

knxrb is right. give it some time.
If you paid with e-check it could take much longer.
check your e-mail. there must be some information about it,
or check your order history to see what is happening.

Example:

Order Status
Your order can be in one of the following stages:

•Awaiting Payment - We have not yet received your payment. Payment must be received within 40 days of ordering or your order will automatically be cancelled.

•Awaiting Approval - All our orders go through a manual approval process. This typically takes no longer than 24 hours during the week, or 72 hours over the weekend.


•Awaiting Dispatch - Your order is ready to be dispatched, in the case of download orders we may be awaiting more serial codes for a product or it may contain a pre-order item.


•Sent - Your items have been dispatched, your downloads will appear in your Products section, posted items are on their way, and (were applicable) third party dispatchers have been notified of your order.

Thank you guys,
I am in the "Awaiting Approval" status... guess I didnt had luck this time. I am a credit card dude so it is pay in the hour!
When I bought the other software from TGC (Darkbasic Pro, etc) it was faster.
I guess they need a break too.

The reason you didn't receive it today is probably because it's a bank holiday, so TGC are resting for a day.

Wow I totally forgot that it was a bank holiday today. Thx for that reminder
