After all the new updates, FPSC has started to look rather exciting again so I've decided to place the disc back into the computer and give it another shot. However, it installs to C:Windows and not C: Programs. I didn't think anything of it at first and just decided to drag all the files into the Program Files. I then downloaded the latest 1.18 Beta, and the same thing happened; all of the contents of 1.18 went into the C:Windows folder. I tried dragging all of those files into the other folder as well, but when I open FPSC, I get an error.

I'm assuming it's something simple, but it's irritating me lol.
Any ideas how to get it to download straight to program files?

I can't recall, does FPSC's installer save its path to the registry? If so, go to run> type in "regedit" (without quotes)>open the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" folder tree>go to the "Software" folder tree>Find the "FPSCreator" folder tree and IF the paths are set to your windows folder then change them to the correct path (Only a few of them have paths, make sure you only alter those ones) . Warning though, make sure your paying attention while doing this accidentally deleting something or changing the wrong program is never good.

That definitely fixed where FPSC installs to! Thanks Hockeykid. Got to make sure the 1.18 Beta installs correctly too though real quick.

No problem, tell me how it goes. The update install should check the registry too.
