For example

I ask a question
"Do you enjoy the game creators website"

The possible answers are
"Yes I do"
"NO! it's too complicated for me"

lets say i answered "Yes I do" (i do btw people :D)
i want it to save the answer into a document so that the document says

Do you enjoy the game creators website : Yes I do

and i want it soo that i can ask lots of questions and save them into this document
