How do I load an fx file into my game to create a bloom effect. I have the file but how do I load it to the endtire level so everything is bloomed.

you mean like:

+ Code Snippet

LOAD EFFECT Filename, Effect Number, Texture Flag, DoNotGenerateExtraData

SET OBJECT EFFECT Object Number, Effect Number

I haven't used fullscreen effects myself, but I imagine they are used in a very similar way to single object effects

-Load the effect with the Load Effect command.
-Make a new camera and set it to an image using the Set Camera To Image command.
-Make a plain.
-Texture it with the camera image.
-Apply the effect you loaded earlier to it with the Set Object To Effect command.
-Place it in front of the screen each loop.
-Position the new camera to your main camera each loop.
