that would be the default dark basic pro IDE... (unless im mistaken), maybe its an older one to what your using

Oh wow, I wasn't aware that it had changed. It looks a lot nicer. I haven't worked with DarkBasic Pro in ages. Can you download the update from the site? I'll go look around.

Actually there's 3 editors that come with Darkbasic Pro now. The old one that Neuro Fuzzy showed (Editor.exe). The next one that you posted (EditorU73.exe) And the newest thats attached to my message (EditorNew.exe).

You should be able to check the editor version from the Help menu - just go to Help->About DarkBASIC Professional Editor and it'll tell you the build date if it's one of the recent versions. I've got U7.5 installed and it gives Jun 23 2010 as the build date.

Its definitely Synergy, as supported by Green Gandalf's image taken from the editor help file. I use it, i should know.
Any variation that Neuro Fuzzy has could be due to an earlier version or that he is not looking at the synergy properties tag, as shown in Blah569's original image.
You can also check out the Synergy ide website or down load the synergy editor "Help Files", which clearly identify it.
