I have sent this question to support, but havent had a response yet after 6 days, so I thought I would try my luck here.

Basically I had the demo veersion. It went haywire aftrer four days saying it had expired, but I still could use it. After about 15 days it came up with the error "protection error: set date back before nov 'sometime'" everytime I wqnted to use it. What I want to know that this is an error just because the demo version has run out or is it a DBP error that will happen if I buy the full version.

Any help aprreciated

sounds like a copywrite protection problem, no doubt the first 128kb that holds the safedisc information is damaged in someway.

try reinstalling, if this fails uninstall & delete the entire directory... then goto the competition area and download the special 90day version.
That should last you until Trial 1.06 is released or your purchase the program.
