Ive not read all the forums. Ive found with P5 that I lose fog, the images pixelate badly and BSP collision goes out of the window with the camera and bullets colliding with invisible walls etc although I do admit I dont fall through solid ground now.

Any advice? Thanx!!!

Cant do anything except wait till they fix it or make your own world format (which is probably the better option even if it takes a hell of a lot of work to do) I'm trying to do one but im having a lot of trouble with the VIS system

I've given up on BSP completly cos i dont think they are ever going to fix the ever increasing problems with bsps

How about a bit of math:

BSP + DBP = AGGRO

BSP in DBPro has been riddled with problems from the start and it'll be a while I think before it becomes really useful. I think most if not all users here don't use it. It's DBPro's major failing I'm afraid.

Creating a world system can take almost as long as writing a game. Since Ive spent 9 months on a game that is still no where near completion I don't consider it an option. I'll wait if I have too but I thought P5 was about fixing BSP bugs.

So far I can make the BSP, light and collision etc. I can use it in my game and it's fine for playtesting. If I didn't keep falling through he floor with P4 I would be delirious!!!
