Finally the release for the stock FPSC weapons on EAI animations.

There are one or two problems with the rigs. Mainly being the commando ironsights are not alligned. If anyone produces a fix, please upload it here and I will update the download

Included in the pack is:

Stock Colt 45 : EAI 1911
Stock Colt 45 : EAI P226
Stock Uzi : EAI M11
Stock Commando: EAI G36C
Stock Mas36 : EAI M700A3

Instructions for use:

Copy the 'entitybank' and 'gamecore' folders to your FPSC directory and when asked if you wish to copy over, select 'yes'.

Your new weapons will appear in your entitybank which are ready for use. Yet they will not contain any sounds apart from the Mas36, as redistrubution of EAI sounds is retricted. If you wish to use EAI
sounds. Go to:

gamecore > guns > EAI > Whichever gun it is rigged to

Copy the sounds and paste them in the right folder for your new stock rig located in:

gamecore > guns > Custom > Whichever gun

If you do not own the gun it is rigged to, the sounds may not be synched with the animations.

mmm, i just tried it, the 1911 Guns have no texture on the gun

the commando ironsight is crooked as hell

the uzi has so many bugs

the one that is perfect is the Rifle, the hand texture, i changed it, i can see the seam of the hand perfectly...

You're supposed to put the stock texture in...


EDIT: @Bootlicker, I fixed the Commando as much as I could The actual model's sights are crooked, so it's as close as it'll ever be. Let me know if I should attach the new .RAR file of the commando

hmm, I might do some more, the only problem is im not rolling in the zillions and hate spending cash on things that i cant actually physically touch: like 3d models.

So that means I dont particularly have plenty of weapons to rig to and I'd have to go through huge amounts of emails to get permission to release them.

The grenades been waiting ages. I was more getting at all the weapons would be rigged to the same animations though.

I tried rigging the grenade to the stock Milsno36... changed all the files and did everything that yours and others (CyborgArt's) tutorial told me to do. Yet after all the file replacing and renaming the grenade appears invisible when i hold it in game ! I can throw it and it will make a decal appear, but the weapon itself does not appear to the player and does not explode... Any tips on what might be happening and how I can fix this??

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I got all the animations working perfectly with the new grande in Milkshape. so it cant be an animation or rigging problem.

it might be a few problems ordered in the most common for me:

1. the textures aren't in the gamecore folder

2. the textures have been assigned in milkshape in another folder that didnt contain the original model

3. the texture has been renamed/changed format

4. the new .x file isnt named 'HUD.x'

5. the .dbo file is weirding things out = delete the .dbo

I figured out the problem! The grenade's scale is waaaay too small. I had upped the scale when rigging it, but it isnt working in FPSC. Do you know if there is any way to change the scale of a weapon in the gunspec or if there is any other way I could fix thsi problem?? Sorry to bug you buddy

the scale of the weapon should not be a problem. You should scale the new model and get it to the closest position as you can to the original model.

Ah, nice work.I like rigging too.But I hate eai hands(Sorry, Errant), because it's the parasite of FpSC games(imho)!As for me, I prefer mp6 hands.But your work is excellent, I dint see any bugs with eai's animation! I always fix "dancing" round or slide, because I often have with bug, when I rig the guns on the hands.

Iam so happy now because of your tutorial.I animate my weapon using milkshape and I follow instruction and its work!.Now I try to make AR-15 rifle and use M14 animation.

A rig for the Tavor is impossible without a reanimation. Here's one I did:

wow, huge bump

I'm still rigging stuff, I have a few secret projects but I wont release anything more, because of the amount of emails i have to go through and i dont feel exactly right giving alternatives to EAI's awesome work, it means less of income for you which he may rely upon.

This may be so but honestly, i think it increases his advertisement. I believe you are actually doing him a favor by advertising his work. EAIs hands are my favorite ones for FPSC and im sure i'm not the only one on that. I mean if new people to TGC see his hands on a bunch of guns, they are going to want to know where they originated. I've seen this many times before on several different threads. They see his hands and want to buy his pack.

If you do want to still keep rigging: After I finish my War-Torn pack with Anayar and Crysis, I'm planning on making a bunch of weapons which i can send to you for rigging. Then you can release them when your done. But i guess that's if you want to go through all the emails. It's up to you.....
