I think that is not possible, but you can change te ambience and the skybox in a specific level with a script in a trigger zone

-Why didn't God take gaga, justin bieber or kesha instead of Randy Rhoads, Cliff Burton or Dio?

I would like to know if this is possible also.. Cause I want to have some flashback level in my game where the full screen shader effects change..

edit: Wait just saw I can do this with a trigger in project blue..

First of all setuplevel.fpi is a global script.

You can't have 2 in the stock engine atleast.

Second, why do you need setuplevel...use trigger zones with custom scripts in every level...

I think they want to go back to prior levels without having to make them again as a new level. I think there are a few mods that support this, the mega compiler one sounds like it does anyway. Must admit I would find it useful to be able to change some basic scripts and entities and return to a level under different circumstances without having to basically clone the level with the changes and call it a new name for instance.
Of course the only thing I don't like is the extra space it could take saving the same level twice. If it didn't actually take up new space it wouldn't be an issue.
