ok,I don't know how else to do this so I'm just going to write my experience on this website.
When I first looked at your web address I spotted the "webs." part and images of "Done in 5 minutes" websites flooded my mind.But I thought : Hey,he has 13 members so the site shouldn't fit in that criteria.But I was bitterly disappointed.
From the first glance of the website there was nothing new,uninteresting and stock.Now how I know about stock?.Because I too used webs,even before webs was called Freewebs.I found my old site and you can see what I made years ago for the website to stand out of the crowd:

It's old and not updated,but it's my only example on freewebs.
Now back to your site.The first thing I wanted to see was the downloadable content on your site and I was pleasantly surprised,because there even was any content there and not just empty promises like on Ethan's game website(s).And so was every other section,full of content and kinda interesting.And I'm glad that you don't have that Games section where you can play boring flash games,because then your website loses all creditability in my book.
Now remember,more good content = more members and more awesome exclusive content = even more and more members.Keep that in mind and make your webs site stand out from the crowd.For starters you can replace all of the stock images (banner,background,...) and colors and try to make it look unique.
