I tried spicing up my default bunker segment with some shaders this morning.Made the D2,D,I,N textures and applied the ps 3.0 norm_spec_tangentbasis shader and the results were disappointing.
Sure the bump on the segments worked well but what's the point when the segment stands out like a sour thumb and doesn't project shadows on it self...
Anyone know how to have the shader effect + shadows and darkness?

Well for one the ambience can't be lowered because instead of an S map you use an Illumination lol.

Theres no real need to use bond's segments shader on such walls really.

Turn down your ambiance by pressing this button (<) and then do this in your system.ini(you can change the values to what you think looks best)

then you should be able to come out with something like this(that is the same shader your using.)
