I have searched their website and plenty of links with those terms, but I can't find specifics for the output to iPad, iPhone or Droid.

Is there another plug-in required?

Is there another program I should look at?

FPSC is great & I love how easy it makes PC games, but I'm looking to make games for Mobil devices like everybody else.

Maybe Darkbasic Pro? Is there a plug-in for that to output to Mobil devices?

What is everybody else using?

Thanks

Fpsc would work only on pc, dark basic may work, but both would require a mass reconfiguration.

That just leaves Game Editor then. It has it's bugs and issues but it can output to many Mobil devices from it's core program.

I do enjoy FPSC and how easy it is. So IF TGC want suggestions for upgrades, then how about a plug-in for Mobil devices?

I must admit I too find the 24 hours for each post to show up is an insult. It's your forum and you can run it anyway you want, just don't expect much feedback or posting from new members.

I doubt I will be back. There is very little help here anyway that I can find. Everybody asking the same question and so many threads are closed, then 24 hours for each post.

Not very professional in my personal opinion. You can delete my account for all I care but I am a voice that do not like you treating members like children and I have said so!

Have a nice day!

If your looking for handheld device development (Portal gun aswell lol ) Then you want unity, FPSC won't be able to do it. I think flash can do it aswell though.

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

It's just for new members, and after possibly two days it stops.

And how could you say such a thing about this community? This community is simply the nicest, with the most helpful people around and people who give away free media. We share ideas, fix bugs, help each other with scripting, post our WIP games and get great feedback.... Not much more you can ask for. I for one give away free media because I enjoy helping the community out, and so do most of the people here.

But if you are sure you'd like to quit on us so early, it's your choice.

On the topic, Dark Basic Pro can create mobile games. I've seen a few members posting their games and TGC has created quite a handful of games for the iPod and iPad as well as the Droid themselves. I believe they did use Dark Basic Pro, not sure what the plugin would be though.

And yes. It's free

To answer your questions zandor.

1/. FPSC can only run on a PC, not sure how it can be be modified to run on anything else.

2/. There is a "post moderation" system for all people new to the forum (even me when I first started!) This stops spammers and people who just want to post rubbish, as the first handful of posts have to be viewed by a moderator so we know they are genuine members. It's nothing personal, it happens to everyone.

and if you are a bad person it comes back to you. I've never had it before because I'm a good person.

You can make games and directly export them to iPhone format with the new Flash CS5.

Check out my new model pack:

It'd take more than a plugin to make it run on another platform - it depends on the x86 architecture, Windows, and DirectX which itself requires windows too. Not forgetting that the hardware would have to be pretty powerful to run it at a decent speed anyway.

It's just as I've said on a previous thread of mine about the Xbox 360 (http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=162094&b=21), you could always program an emulator in the console's native language that runs FPSC like another emulator would use a ROM... but it's currently only a theory.

Perhaps I can do it?
Lee posted he was going to have a version run on a browser, but that idea got dropped. If Lee can and does get it running on a web browser, then I can turn that into a native iPhone app straight away. Lee if you had any version that worked, then I wouldn't mind having a look as I have my own software that can get it running as a native app. I might have to mail him and ask if he got the web browser FPSC anywhere.
