A mate of mine an industry pro with many years of experience has released some great video tutorials for 3DS Max. These have been broken up into bite sized sections the idea being if you want to learn how to bake normal maps you just buy the normal map video without haveing to trawl the internet only to find the tutorial doesnt cover the subject well enough or wanders off topic.

I have had the opportunity to watch some of these tutorials and can honestly say they are bang on the money and I even learnt a few things.
