FPSC Classic Product Chat / Lag problem with fenix and 1.16

I have 1.16 with fenix mod and when i turn on lightmapping.fx or even just put a static light i lag like crazy i dont know if it is because of my graphics card or what i put on no shadder effects and for lightmapping i put it on best for performance

here is my specs

Processor Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2080 @ 1.73GHz, 1733 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)

OS Name Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium

Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family (graphics card)

2gb ram

if its not my graphics card could someone tell me what im doing wrong please? Thanks for your time
