Hi,
I would like to limit the weapon-supply for my player. I would like to disable the possibility to take weapons of dead bodys. Does anybody have a hint, where I have to change the script.
I tried already changing weapon.fpi, but it isn't working.

When you're in the editor, if you right click on a character, there is a setting in the properties asking if you want that character to drop their weapon/ammo when they die.

1. Right Click on Enemy

2. Scroll Down Properties

3. Can Take Weapon = No

or

Open Enemy's .fpe file, scroll down & edit line:

cantakeweapon = 0

Yes it works, thanks a lot. It works well, if the player kills the enemy. However, sometimes I just kill the player using a script and the destroy command. In these instances I can see a floating gun. Is there any way to solve also this problem.

...yep.

For some reason, destroying an entity via scripting doesn't yield the same results as the entity losing health and being killed.

Excluding Destroy Scripts, edit the scripts to replace destroy commands with subhealth=x, and this should solve the problem you're experiencing.
