what 3D program are you exporting from?

Oh !! I just realized that exported from 3DMax .You can export direcltly to 3ds.I couldn`t open your file as you may have the lates version ...sorry.

I could not open it either, it gives me an error.

I echo what chafari said: just export it as .3ds

You can convert it to .dbo within a DBP program.

I use 3DSMax 2010 and there's no problem exporting using panda. If you have trouble with it "not exporting correctly", then you may have the panda settings wrong.

The fastest code is the code never written.
