Here is a free model, I call it an electrode. You can use it it in sci-fi games or whatever. Just imagine electricity flowing around it.

It should be FPSC ready.

Let me know what you think of it?

The DL is missing the texture electrical.tga.

Any chance you could post the file, so that the model will
be FPSC ready?
