open FPSC

1) go to file
2) build game
3) level settings
4) Global script
5) and change the ambience to 0

Other than altering the ambience, another (possibly better) way is to manually darken the textures yourself. It may take a while, but the effect will most likely be superior.

I know of different things he could use but let's not start a flame war

In FPSC if you use < or > You could change the ambience levels, it should work with the free version aswell.

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

Umm you do know that the only way to sale or give out your games right. Other then that your limited to just testing them, and with the purchase of fpsc you get alot of extra content to help you with making your game. So its not wasting money it more like a small investment.

Since everyone here has given a wrong answer

there is a way to do it without building the game, just go to

Quote: "Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\languagebank\english\gamebank\mygame"


and open

Quote: "setuplevel.fpi"


then in the first few lines you should see

Quote: ":state=0:ambience=CHANGE TO LEVEL,ambiencered=255,ambiencegreen=255,ambienceblue=255"


just change "CHANGE TO LEVEL" to something low

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's almost 1MB in size

That's actually not cool to say stuff like that. I realize I'm not a mod or anything, but this forum especially does not appreciate piracy.
