complacated lol, is there a way to convert the matrix to a mesh then texture the mesh and save it into a .x file that, was my origanal plan? its fine if no i'm just glad there is a way

You can make an advanced terrain instead, just with a hightmap, and then convert it directly to mesh and save it as object .x

Once you have your .x file, you can texture your object easily.

How do I make a "advaced marix" and a hight map is just the black and wight .bmps right?
