Just thought I'd share my project with this community. See many other types of games but no racing or sim games.

Grandprix Team Manager is a Management Simulation...

lol, I was only reading an old post about this yesterday as I was looking for info on race games, of which there is very little I would add. not looked at this link yet but apart from the fact it looked rather boring to play(Not that into F1), the old video was very good.
Edit - Had a look same vid as before but another one underneath. Looks good a lot of work must have gone into it so far. The second vid seems more interesting with the radio chat and such. Cool looking game.
