Question, I have created a model of a flat panel monitor and I want to make it an entity, and I want to put it on a wall off of and above the ground, you know, like other entities that attach to a wall in FPSC, how can I do this?

Just to let you know, I have 2 tools I use for creating my entities (Magic FPS2 and QIM).

Not entirely sure. But you could try making your model like you usaly would (so it's the right scale) then copy a wall enity from the scifi or WW2 folder. Paste it into the folder you want your entity in.Then replace the model and texture files in the .fpe (with fpi editor) and folder with your own. That should work, but there probably is another way.

Grab Entity Workshop, Create your entity, then use your positioning keys in the editor ( page up, page down, and the arrow keys in edit mode) to position it anywhere you want.

Get Entity Workshop here (Free)...

Now is the time, for all good things to pass. And don't it figure, My toilets' broke.

Add these two entries into the entities .fpe

forwardfacing = 1 (makes the entity snap to the wall in the direction of the little green arrow)
defaultheight = 50 (use whatever height you wish your wall monitor to sit on the wall, remembering a standard segment wall is 100 tall)
