I want draw an image on my windows desktop.

An image with trasparency, as a sprite.

not exactly what you want but there is a way to make the dbpro window transparent. so if you stick your sprite on it and make the window just big enough to hold the sprite, you will be able to move it around using the position windows commands.


Cyberspace was becoming overcrowded and slummy so I decided to move. These nice chaps gave me a lift.

Why not take a look at the TPC DLL thread topic beforehand. You never know what you might find. I believe N3wton created a desktop screen capture dll if this is similar to what you want
