It's been some time since I attempted to make something outdoor.Last time I failed miserably at making a working terrain with no enemy colission problems. After looking at rolfy's advice I split up a mesh in 9 segments of 100x100 and after some testing it works exceptionally well.

Just remember, when placing an enemy on the map , move it up by just an inch (or as much as you like actually).

Hope this is useful to someone.

Gencheff,

Did you start this out in 3DWS?

If so, what resolution did you start it out at and what max height?

Any specs you can share would be much appreciated.

Downloading now, so to if I can compare what you have to what I got before I try to bring it into FPSC.

3DWS? I don't even know what that is.

It's a sliced plane containing 9 pieces of 100x100 unit meshes (default segment size for fpsc).

The height on it is not much at all,due to AI issues. It's simply a breath of fresh air from the regular flat plane ground, which looks a bit dull
