When i test my game, all of the dynamic objects start moving around the level, floating and sliding across the floor. It's only dynamic entities, but i was just wondering if there was some way to fix this OTHER than individually changing each and every object to static. I've tried dumping the memory, deleting bin and dbo files and re-installing v1.17, the version i'm using. I've never had this problem before. It started just after i switched back to 1.17 from 1.18. Does anyone know how to fix this without changing every single entity?

Cheers, Jake

I experienced a similar problem, particularly when I attach a script to a dynamic entity to perform a specific function. I would run a test and see that entity has slid across the ground from the position it was placed in. My fix was to set that entity's field IsImmobile to Yes. That solved my issues; not sure if that would help you.

Hmmm.... the only time that should ever happen is if it is placed inside another dynamic entity that I can think off. The only other thing that can cause problems are entities scaled via their .fpe.

As it can confuse the hell out of FPSC with them falling through floors, bouncing off ceilings etc as their centre of mass/bounding box is generally taken from the mesh before it was scaled (i.e. it's original size).
