FPSC Classic Product Chat / DXVersion Error

Ok, so I downloaded the FPS Free Version, but when I try and open the program I get an error message that reads: DXVersion Error. I tried reinstalling it and that didn't fix the problem. How can I fix this and if I can't, will the acual version of FPSC x9 not work as well?

You need to install at least direct x9. You can get this by searching direct x 9 (or direct x10 if it is a vista or 7) on google. FPS Creator should work then

Ok, it started, but A window came up sayiong I needed to disable UAC. I did what it said to disable it, but when I looked at UAC settings, there is no disable button. How exactly do I disable UAC?
