So i have studied EVERY single Text command and started studying 2D game making like Duke nukem 1 & 2, So Few questions

- Where should i start
- How to make/add worlds and backgrounds
- How to make/add characters
- How to make "Save game/ Load Game" systems

I know how to use side scrolling. And make the camera move with the character.

Thanks, but i am still open...
- How to add/make my own characters?
- What script to use to put in music, the one in help menu didn't help for some reason, it says it can't find the music file i put/ same thing with textures

Google "GIMP", it's like photoshop. You can make your own sprites using this.

Make sure you have your textures/music in the same folder as your executable and use "load music" or "load sound" or "load image". If you are having trouble try looking at the help files in your DBP folder (I use them at least twenty times a day!!)

Again I would use GIMP. It's free and has the added bonus of a funny name!

Thanks to both of you, so i can add own characters using sprites : O thanks again. I Always tought that GIMP costs something so never checked it out .
Should i use the "Screen Scrolling" Script for this kind of games?

This is my code for now, what to change to make it work because i always get
problems with the end "Command out of place at line 23" im trying to create it like if you press exit it asks "Do you want to end this game Y/N?"

okay. actually got the idea of making sprites, but gimp is pretty complicated
