okay i was just wonmdering if any1 knew how 2 hav a program run from startup like for example msn messenger or kazaa that loads as soon as windows does!
does anyone know how to do this i have a faint idea but really no clue!
i would really appreciate any help

There are two ways - the easiest is to just drop your program or shortcut into Start/Programs/Startup.

The other way is to edit it into the registry - best to skip this one if you don't play with the registry much.

Well, I'll tell you where and you can see the programs that are currently there, but you'll need to sort out the details yourself - it's not hard.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
