Yep the hard truth is an integrated graphics card is not going to be able to run shaders the way a dedicated graphics card can. Dedicated cards from Nvidia and ATI are MADE to handle this stuff. An integrated card is meant for watching movies, DVD's, Youtube videos, etc.
So you've got two options, turn off shader effects and just accept that you're not going to get all the eye candy. Or get a dedicated graphics card or a laptop with dedicated, discrete graphics.
