Hi

I have a question about game selling. If I make a game which I want to sell how do I do it, and do I need something like a licence for it? (I live in Europe)

You have to use the paid for version to sell your games.

Yes, if you use the free version to create games which you sell you can expect a visit to court. Not that the full version is expensive anyway.
