so here's my issue what's happening to my games?
is this a BETA thing and how do I get it to go away
if you can't see it from that picture the lighting has gone weird there's super brightness everywhere and the sides are blurred up could someone please help

Yes, I got that too... Its like all the walls are very bright, and if you put a light in the area...BOOM... your blind! lol

I think you can sort it out tho when you make the game as you can change the ambient light setting or something.

I need to find out myself tbh.

Ok, here is the problem....

No matter what I set things to, like this....

I get things like this....

Ok, sometimes its not THAT bad...but it is still WAY too bright.

And yes, I have got Bond1's shader...and yes I can turn everything off in prefs and its still too bright.

Im running 1.17.009

Any ideas?

This is due to the bloomshader overdose they think is appropraite. I don't rememeber the speicifc ateps, but you need to edit a value in the .fx file under the effect bank to a lower valuem sorry for not helping you out that much, but there is a fix somewhere in the migration thread.

Try turning your lights way down to a greyscale version of the color you are using.(Ex Full white light to a med gray, Full blue to med blue). Back the lights off your surfaces a bit and maybe turn the range down. This is from bond1's tutorial movie.
