1. Everytime I compile and run a code such as:
" Print "Hello World" "
" Wait Key "
I get a syntax error and am unable to run the game.

2. What is darkEDIT and where do I download it if possible?

Make sure you have DirectX 9.0c installed and have the latest update for Darkbasic Pro.

DarkEdit is only available with Darkbasic Classic. You should be using a better editor since you're using Darkbasic Pro.

You say you get a syntax error? Make sure you wrote everything correctly, and you didn't forget any symbols, write a wrong symbol, and check that all of the commands are written correctly etc...

I think the key here is "such as":

Maybe it would help if you post the exact code you get this error from? Also a screenshot of the error message?
